Dear Brothers and Sisters of Jesus of Nazareth, Crucified and Raised from the dead, Here at Resurrection NOW, Inc. - we are overjoyed at everything that Pope Francis has done, and is doing: 1. We are overjoyed that he has abandoned the Papal apartments to live in a modest accommodation with others. 2. We are overjoyed that he has abandoned Castel Gandolfo as a summer residence, choosing instead to remain in Rome. 3. We are overjoyed that he did not show up at the Papal concert planned for him, choosing to work instead. 4. We are overjoyed that he is so pro-life, and joined pro-lifers in a pro-life march. 5. We are overjoyed that he invited a teenage man with Downs Syndrome to ride in his Pope mobile. 6. We are overjoyed that he has appointed a commission to reform the Vatican bank. 7. We are overjoyed that he has acknowledged the existence of a "gay lobby" in the Vatican, and is working to clean it out. 8. We are overjoyed that he is radically reforming the Legionaries of Christ. 9. We are overjoyed at his commitment to serve the poor, and to visit those in prisons. 10. We are overjoyed at how he confidently and joyfully reaches out to all people. Here are some other things that we hope Pope Francis does: 1. Open the Vatican archives to all reputable scholars - to settle for the public definitely - all that Pope Pius XII actually did - to save thousands of human beings, of Hebrew background, from the horrors of the Holocaust. 2. Open up all the Vatican archives for public access, so that there are no more "secret archives". 3. Ask the radio-carbon dating laboratories of Oxford, Zurich and Tucson - to return the reserve samples of the Holy Shroud of Turin - that rightfully belong to him, as the legal owner of the Holy Shroud of Turin - so the people of our planet - can actually see how much of this material the three labs actually tested, if any at all.
