Dear Candidate, CITIBANK is hiring for CITIPHONE operations in Mumbai. Citiphone officer is required to provide customer service and upsell the customer. It is an inbound voice process and there is no pick and drop facility. Citiphone officer caters to only Premium customers of Citibank. This is a day shift job with 5 day week with two rotational week offs.Salaries range from Rs17,000 pm to freshers and can go all the way to Rs 30,000 pm for experienced candidates.
