Date of Interview: 5th October, 2013, Saturday Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Venu: Deloitte D block, RMZ Futura, Deloitte Drive, Plot No - 14 & 15, Road No - 2, Adjacent to Cyber Gateways, HITECH City Layout, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081 Contact Person: Satabdi, Giri, Prathyusha Responsibilities: Client Support * Independently manage the respective Mailbox * Provide email/voice scheduling and coordination support to clients/candidates in the US. * Update and Track all the requests in the SharePoint site * Process Adherence/Compliance Reporting * Extract the reports from DNet and send it out to the US team * RMS updations and support * Create, format, and manipulate spreadsheets and upload the same on SharePoint site Planning * Effectively plans work schedules to balance peak and slack periods * Ability to manage calendars, stick to deadlines and time management * Keeps comfortably ahead of work schedule Quality Delivery * Ability to follow work programs with a high degree of accuracy * Good organizational skills, attention to detail. Familiar with working within corporate identity guidelines Skill Required: * Proficient in MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Pivot table * Effective interpersonal, communication & presentation skills Shift Timings: 6:00 p.m. to 3.00am / 9.00pm to 6.00am ( Night Shifts).
