Job Description: The job of the creative head is to show creativity to create a unique identity, and has to provide uniqueness in the products designing for the company which other companies in the market do not possess. The job description of a creative head is providing such creative ideas to the company and helps them implement these ideas. Creative Heads mostly work with the manufacturing companies, software companies, film institutions, production houses, advertising agencies, etc. The creative Head works with his/her team of subordinates and is generally the head of the creative team, the creative team of the company consists of copywriters and designers who give unique ideas to the directors. The directors then check them with various attributes to satisfy the company standards and then implement these ideas by proper planning and with the help of other employees in the organisation.
