Dear Comcast. Your tv service blows. Nothing but issues with your x1 platform since we moved in. It never works unless I restart it. Always freezes. Never responds to the remote so I have to keep pushing buttons only to be taken somewhere else when it finally catches up because Ive hit the same buttons over and over. Ive already talked to you numerous times in two months. Also have had to go to the service center and a tech has come out. What a joke. Too bad Im stuck with this garbage for a year. At least with AT&T the only issues we had was when it rained, no u verse and costing more. Rather pay more for something that works..or works more often.
