Dear Community, I am posting this update to inform those of you who are aware of my recent situation with the Sawgrass Ford dealership. With all of the public interest, I felt the inclination to bring closure to the online postings regarding this particular situation. My family and I have been long time customers of Sawgrass Ford and have always had the utmost confidence in the service of the Sawgrass Ford team. In turn I referred many colleagues and friends to the dealership. The purpose of me stating this is because from what has been communicated, I believe this was an isolated incident; an unfortunate one at that. I am a committed car enthusiast because it’s my passion. Shortly after SF became aware of the situation, they contacted me in response to my concern. In short, I can say that the matter has been amicably resolved.
