Dear Confreres and Consoeurs, It is with great sadness that I must inform you of the death of one of our friends and fellow Knights, The Chevalier Patrick Taylor KJ. Chevalier Taylor was invested as a Knight in Canada in 2012 alongside his lovely wife Irene. He had served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Navy and before joining and devoting his time to our Order he had been the Vice Commander of the Toronto Commandery of the Order of St Lazarus. Chevalier Taylor died after a brief illness. Details of his funeral later this week will be made available when published. I will be passing the Orders deepest condolences for this loss in person to his wife, our Dame Irene Taylor DJ, who I know is in our thoughts and prayers.
