Dear Converse All Star, my 10 year old son choose his school shoes this year with conviction, I want a pair of Cons for school! So thats what he got, a lovely pair of black on black slip-ons. That was until this morning when his shoe fell apart. His shoes are no more than two months old and have lost the outer rim - now unbearable. Converse we are faithful to you and are asking for advice. I am not about to glue it back on, nor am I going to plead my case to the store from which they came. (It is past the return time frame and obviously they have been worn.) Please help my 10 year old get his shoes back. @converse #converse #allstar
