Dear Cruise friends, I am looking at setting up transportation into Montego Bay once we arrive in Jamaica. The cruise port itself has very little to offer once you leave the port duty free shopping. (Which you can do upon return) In Montego Bay we would go to beautiful beach for the day and then for those of you who would like you could have the option of going downtown Montego Bay Hip strip for an hour or so before heading back to the cruise ship or just stay and enjoy the beach. We visited Aqua Sol Beach on our last trip to Jamaica. It offers a Beautiful beach and pristine water, all water sports activities and rentals, amazing beach massages, restaurant , bar, music, gift shop ( read more below) There are quite areas as well as areas in front of the beach action with music, etc. Water Sport rentals at this beach are also much more reasonable! We would be using our dear friend and tour operator Queenie. Her company offers clean buses with excellent tour guides to give you local history and a cold refreshment of Red Strip beer, water or juice while we drive to and from our destination! If you and your party would be interested in this please let me know as our price is better the more people we have! The price should be about $30 per person and less for children. Montego Bay is about 35 minutes from the cruise port.
