Dear Customer, I refer to your email regarding the failure to stop of a 75 driver in Ballinteer following the concert in Marlay Park last friday night the 19 July 2013. On behalf of Dublin Bus I would like to apologise for any dissatisfaction you have experienced with our service. I have identified the driver and both I and a member of management here in Donnybrook garage have viewed CCTV footage of the incident and this morning the operations manager spoke to the driver involved.
