Dear EXPATS Need Kind Suggestion and Advice i was working with a company (1st job ) i got job in another competitor company (2nd job) currently i got another job offer(3rd Job) .the 3rd company which hired me currently give telephonic confirmation plus appointment letter also, i signed and agree to work with them i left current job ( 2nd Job ),as per their instruction i rent condo also nearby office . unfortunately for reference they contact my previous 1st job employer who is worse employer i ever experienced in my professional career.she told lie about me although its not true that i was terminated because of bad performance etc to my current employer.the reason of bad mouth of my x employer is i diverted all business approximately to my 2nd company thats why she said bad things to my 3rd employer HR Office.i provided all proof with my emails and resignation letter from my 1st job but they are not agree to provide me designated job as per confirmation and appointment letter,they wrote me email they dont hire me because i am terminated as per my previous employer.i told current employer to compensate me i left my current job and rent a condo as per their instructions ,they are not agree to compensate me any more ,is there any law in labor court which prevail for expat to defend i have appointment letter and confirmation emails.kindly advice what i will do need kind suggestions and advice
