Dear Facebook (Chapter one) 30k cycle achieved today. Lovely sandwich (CHEESE) and bag of liquorice gums (£1.25s worth..no sharing) when it was done. The Duchess (my bikes names) did very well up and down the hilly roads, but I think I might need to get a mountain bike for spring, as her basket was shaking ALOT. In other news... I have had two baths today (lovely coconut bubble bath from The Bears Apothecary), Friday night was gin fuelled beautifulness, I have took to wearing a teal green beret and for the first time in a long time I have had the constant giggles.
