Dear Facebook, Dont get me wrong, the ALS ice water bucket challenge thing is a good idea for spreading awareness and I have done my research. Its just...not for California right now. Its not even good for the world, which clearly implies(meaning if you dont mean harm, your actions will say otherwise) that you dont care about anything but likes on Facebook and publicity. When you should be caring about people who dont have water, food, etc. and other causes. Youre wasting a valuable resource given to us as a gift. If you know the consequence of a drought, then you should know that what your doing is going to affect basically everybody not only in California, but everywhere else. Think about what youre doing before you do it. Its a great challenge, it really is, but...with all due respect, please stop. So, if you want to spread awareness then donate or use another form of a challenge that has the same level of difficulty as the Ice Bucket challenge thing. Im not trying to be a dick, prude, hater, or whatever. But you need a better method. This is NOT smart.
