Dear Facebook Friends, I need your HELP: In this period of Thanksgiving, I hope weve all celebrated the many blessings we have in our lives. At the same time there are many who are dealing with some major issues in their lives. I know of an eleven year old boy who is autistic. He is withdrawn and silent and only communicates with an ipad. In addition he is battling a reoccurrence of cancer and currently going through another series of chemo assuming his variable blood counts cooperate. At the very least, I ask that you will keep he and his family (Mom, Dad and younger Sister) in your prayers. But sometimes it means the world to a family or a patient to receive a card of encouragement, or a small gift. It isnt about spending a lot of money, but more that they are aware that you have thought about them and wishing them well. Illness of this proportion can easily guide everything on a familys life and sometimes its good to know there are others out there that care.
