Buyer makes a first payment and issues ICBPO to provider. Provider sends confirmation swift MT760 to buyer. 5. Swift MT103 or MT760 with or without confirmation (100M up to 500M) Provider sends his procedure and we discuss it. We have receivers in top banks ready for this deal.
