Dear Friends, A saddest news for us. Dr.Vinod Raina who was an inspiration for PSM and for all progressive movements, has passed away at Delhi State Govt Cancer Centre at GTB Hospital Delhi. He had been hospitalized and was under critical situation for the last one month. It is known from Delhi that his cremation will take place at 7.30pm. No need to tell you more details about Vinodji now. I request all member organisations of AIPSN to convey this message to maximum people, organise condolence meetings in all states, possibly by tomorrow evening, inviting representatives of students unions, teachers unions and all others who work especially in the field of education, pass condolence resolutions, issue press notes regarding his demise and so on and give him maximum tribute possible.
