Dear Friends, Feedback please. Something managed to hack into my AOL account. I called AOL to change my password as apparently the school to which I first went, is not the one on my password. OK, phone AOL. Received a return call asking to diagnose my computer. Computer needs cleaning. They recommend someone from their maintenance department can do it for $350.00. Well, F%*k that thought I Ill get Ian to do it as hes familiar with the machine. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? Is it an exercise in extracting money from annoyed customers. AOL? Any Ol Lies??
