Dear Friends, I have been away from facebook since last year (December 14th, 2013). Please dont ask me why but believe me that the Lord has been so good to me. From December to date, I have recorded several testimonies and uncommon favour. Many of my friends thought I have deleted or neglected them. To God be the Glory, destiny has proved such people wrong. At this juncture, I have to appreciate those who in one way or the other believe in me and my understanding. I want to inform you that your humble boy, KILOMODEMO is now more popular with the name KLM. Hmmmmmmm, oro mi tope, o ju ope lo. Against all odds and castigations, God has finally vindicated me. He has proved His worth and made me to have songs of praise in my mouth and His joy overflowing from my heart. Sing this song along with me; What the Lord has done for me, I cannot tell it all. 3xce He saved me and washed me with blood In November 2013, I finally bowed out as the Osun State Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE). It was the month I handed over to a new Chairman of Osun NIMechE. NIMechE is a Division of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). I served the Institution (NIMechE) since 2008 as the Pioneer Chairman for 3 Consecutive terms which I dont think is possible in any State of the federation. My People didnt want me to leave office but I had to beg for another Chairman to come in. I told my great Mechanical Engineers that I need to go higher and up the ladder. Guess what????? As I left office, I received a PRESIDENTIAL HANDSHAKE plus a PRESIDENTIAL MERIT AWARD in December during the 2013 National Conference which was held at the International Conference Centre, Abuja. The following day, I was also elected at the national level of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) as an AUDITOR. My Oga, an Amiable and Dynamic Governor, Ogbeni Adesoji Rauf Aregbesola (ARA) was re-elected the Governor of the State of Osun on 9th August 2014. Se oro mi ko tope ni? To those who understand, they really understand. On 28th August, 2014 (last Thursday), my dream finally came to reality. God showed His mercy and removed garment of shame from me. In a keen contest, I was elected as the Chairman of our great professional body, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Osogbo Branch. The Nigerian Society of Engineers is an umbrella body for all the Divisions in Nigeria. I HEREBY DEDICATE THE VICTORY TO THE GOD ALMIGHTY WHOM I SERVE. I will continue to appreciate the serving Excos, Past Chairmen, Elders, Fellows, Senior Colleagues, Corporate Members and all the Graduate Members who all stood by me. I am overwhelmed. If I start to mention names and their establishments here, I won’t finish it. I regard highly the National Body of the Society under the leadership of Engr Ademola Isaac Olorunfemi FNSE. I pledge my continued loyalty to you and all your team. I THANK YOU ALL. I want to equally appreciate my Good Brother and Senior Colleague, Engr Dipo T. Alani MNSE, who was my Co-Contestant. We will remain Good Friends and Brothers despite the result of the election. I will continue to remember the good times we shared together in the past and I will not allow anything to stain the relationship. We shall run the government together as I step in soon, for the period of two years. It is our Society and it is also our collective responsibility to move it to greater height. TO EVERYONE, YOU SHALL BE DULY COMMUNICATED ABOUT THE SWEARING IN CEREMONY WHEN THE TIMES COMES. TRUST YOUR KILOMODEMO, HE HAS DONE IT SO WELL IN THE DIVISION, HE WILL SURELY DO IT WELL AND BETTER IN THE UMBRELLA BODY NSE. LONG LIVE NSE!!! LONG LIVE OSOGBO!!! LONG LIVE THE STATE OF OSUN!!!
