Dear Friends, It has been observed that the office bearers and MCC members are not monitoring and not making liaison with officers from strict compliance of the work to rule call given by the AIBOC. The late sitting in many branches and all corporate branches are still as it is as usual. The officers who believe and faith in AIBOC and its leadership, they are observing the call strictly, taking their own duty and responsibility. But the office bearers and MCC members of the Association are not monitoring as they monitored earlier at the time of “work to rule” called by the General Secretary (ABOA- Unit SBOP), when Zonal Secretary ( Head Office), AGS and some their beloved officers were transferred against their choice. That “work to rule” call was given to get the transfer order of these officers reversed only and the same was 100% complied with strictly with eagle eyes monitoring. Unfortunately, when the call is given for respectable increase in salary, against discrimination in Pension and 5 days banking by the AIBOC, is taken lightly. It shows that how they are interested and worried about the welfare of the officers.
