Dear Friends, Pastor Philip Johns (AG Church, Mumbai) wife Ligi Philip continues to be in critical stage. After a sudden collapse on Dec 29 she has entered into coma and she is on ventilator support from then. Medical science has almost given up on her. But we have not. In this extremely testing time for him personally and for the ministry in particular we would urge all of you to continue to stand with him in prayer and uphold Ligi, especially their three small children and the pastor in your prayers. We believe in supernatural healing. As planned, yesterday there was a worldwide prayer conducted for Mrs. Ligi Philip. At the Holy Spirit hospital, Andheri, Mumbai, where sister Is admitted many gathered for prayer. The doctors have said that they cannot help her in anyway. Medically her brain cells are dead because she had collapsed and the oxygen supply to her brain was cut off for more than 30 minutes on 29 Dec. But we trust in a God who created everything out of nothing. We trust that God will do a definite work in her life these days. Pr. Philip is full of faith that God will raise her up back to life. Around 200 people including pastors, men and women came together in the hospital and prayed and interceded for our dear sister. And we are continuing to pray. The children are too small to grasp the gravity of what is happening but they were with their father praying that their mamma will come home soon. Lets continue to pray for Gods intervention.
