Dear Friends, The good news is that I was able to practice and did quite a bit for those suffering from depression, especially for those whose names were given to me. The other news is that Im a little beat up. The wind and waves turned against me as I was rounding Chebucto Head. I strained a tendon in my left arm pulling against it all and had to put in at Herring Cove instead of my original destination. I need four to six able-bodied helpers to come with me there and lift the boat onto my car so I can bring it home. Any takers please let me know. Im tied up at the dock of some strangers, and although they were very friendly and dosed me with a glass of good rum, I would like to bring the Mojavon home. Peace be with us all. Jim
