Dear Friends, Tomorrows paper will report that the proprietor of Black Bear Crossing on the Lake, who recently sued the city and received a large settlement, plans to challenge me for my city council seat next year. Ive been aware of Mr Glass political aspirations for some time, so Im not surprised to learn this. While it is way too early for campaigning, IMHO, Id like to ask you for a small favor. I am proud of my record in this first term. I have listened to my constituents and I have delivered.
