Torres Produced by the Northern Marianas Humanities Council This program, moderated by attorney Robert T. Torres, consists of three one-hour panel discussions focusing on Article XII of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Constitution. It aims to provide an informed and objective presentation of facts and a variety of viewpoints relating to land alienation in the CNMI. It is intended for anyone wishing to learn more about the history, effects and possible future of Article XII. Part 1: The Foundation Panelists: Marianas Political Status Commission members Vicente N. Santos and Pedro A.
