Dear Friends we have completed one of our residential project at KR Puram. The site dimension is 42x35. In this we have constructed G+3 and pent house. The total area of slab laid is 6620 Sq Ft. The total cost incurred by me is Rs 88.25 Lakhs. our services Planning, structural design and Construction. The items provided in this project are Granite Flooring, Asian paint, Croma electrical fittings, esse bath room fittings, Hindware fittings, MS Hand railing, Aluminium windows, Sump tank, Parapet wall. Here we have never compromised for the quality. I do agree that in finishing works we have given 95%. ( In this projects wood work was not under our scope). This is the brief of our project. In this project we have under gone loss by 11.25%, but have done satisfying job. Dear friends if you like our work share with your friends and help us.
