Dear GFHS Members, At the General Meeting last week we decided that as a local entity we would like to support our friends and neighbors on the North Fork in whatever humble way we can with a donation to the Oso Fire Department. Due to our status as a 501(c)3 organization we are unable to donate from the museum coffers directly, however we can gather individual donations and offer them collectively as a gift from the Members of the GFHS. I will be on hand this afternoon at the museum to collect any money you may wish to contribute. I will collect it, write a nice note and deliver it midweek. If you are unable to get to the museum today let me know and I can meet you Monday or Tuesday. Thank you for your spirit of neighborly generosity in this challenging time.
