Dear God, I come before you today first thanking you for yet another day that wasnt promised. Thank you for watching over me and my entire family on last night. God I ask that today you would purge my heart and remove any bitterness, laziness, lack of self discipline, and any and all things that are displeasing in thy sight. God if Ive hurt anyone feelings knowingly or unknowingly, said something that made someone feel low, or have had the opportunity to lift someones spirits and I didnt please forgive me. God I am a worthy vessel that wants to be used by you. I want to represent you in a way that when my time here on earth has expired you will look to me and say job well done my good and faithful servant. I love you God cause you first loved me. You love me through my good, my bad, and my ugly. Youre patient with me when I allow the things of this world to consume me. God please continue to speak to my heart so that I can live and walk in holiness all the days of my life. And God if and when I go astray thank you that you are right there waiting to give me another chance to get it right. People have intentionally tried to hurt me, theyve tried to tear down my character, theyve also tried to make me lower my standards and stoop to their level. But God on today I forgive them and Im asking that you would forgive me. Im human and have made some mistakes but Im also human enough to recognize that I need you each and everyday of my life.
