Dear God: thank you for giving the entire Hinkamper family strength for the past 16 days. Cancer is already an emotional roller coaster, Add a couple hospitals more doctors, And you wonder when your head is going to stop spinning. You wonder how many times are we going to get kicked in the stomach. Why is this happening? Im done asking why. While going through this ,there have been so many times that you have purposely put people in our path If I shared all of them 1100 hundred peoples eyes would bug out from reading. So I will share one story and try not to mention names. I know a girl who lost her sister to cancer. She battled for 12 years she got to see her children grow. I know another girl whos Father is a 3 time cancer survivor. IM sure some people think they are helping with there wise words. But instead of helping they end up hurting you. These two girls made it very clear that cancer is a battle, you never give up fighting and you never stop praying. So when the girl who lost her mother to cancer, had read these girls opinion.. About fighting and not throwing in the towel like some have suggested. She made a profound statement to her aunt that was something I will never forget. GOD AND MOM DEDCIDED when the battle was over. the story does not stop there, Yesterday after seeing yet another dr. Rob and I are walking out of the hospital crying. A woman came up to us and said I dont know what you two are going through but remember GOD DECIDES. Now hearing that twice in one week was not irony. So thank you Jesus for being with us . thank you for letting us know That you decide, And its our job to continually....Amen be faithful
