Dear #Google, I loved the #Google-411 you used to have. I was able to call and use voice commands to get phone numbers (and you even would dial the phone for me). But you sun-setted the product and that made me sad. Then you came up with #GoogleDesktop. An easy way to index all my documents and emails on my computer and find them just as easily as when you did a Google Search. But you sun-setted that product and made me very sad. Next you came up with #iGoogle. A great way to put together the ability to use gadgets, view multiple pieces of information, see the daily puppy, view a detailed horoscope, stock information, iPhone Atlas, weather, maps, dictionary, translation, etc. People worked hard to create gadgets and themes that would work with iGoogle. It became very popular and used by many. And then you went and sun-setted that application also (as of Saturday). This makes me mad. I would seriously never purchase a Google product for fear of it being sun-setted like all your other great apps. Bad strategy if you ask me.
