Dear(!) Goutam Laha, With great power comes great responsibility. Being an integral part of the Teachers Forum, I guess your duty is to work for the betterment of the institution and not to display your muscle power.(well muscle power doesnt go with you). You are using the power for your benefits and not for the betterment of the institution. When you take responsibilities and decide the guidelines for managing the college, why dont you take responsibilities for their placements? Its easy for you to fail a student, but do you ever think its a discredit on your part? What do you teach that even with over 75% attendance so many students faiil. Yes you are a fighter but just to increase your salaries , of course of which you dont even deserve half the amount. What have you done for the group D staffs? Its easy to be autocratic but remember that downfall is obvious. What is your contribution other than your dictatorial steps?? You didnt even take classes other than first year and you sit at the top of the board. A power hungry crazy man you are... Onek bhodrota marlam... beshi chulkio na...
