Dear HOTY competitors, Please note the following house keeping for HOTY this weekend. 1. Bring your own rake, wheel barrow, bucket, none will be available for filling and cleaning stables. 2. Gates will remain locked until 8am Thursday morning 3. Please see Jane Clifford, Nicole Campbell, Sean Aylett or myself to have your stable unlocked (and remember to be patient & polite, as we will have many people to let in and many duties to complete on the day) 4. Stables are currently empty and will need to be completely emptied prior to departure for the bond to be returned. 5. Gala competitors dont forget to hand your music to Mark in mp3 format. 6. Numbers and programs can be collected from measuring. Please have measuring forms completed, measuring times are: Thursday 3 - 5pm Friday 6 - 7 am Saturday 6.30 - 7 am Sunday 6.30 - 7 am 7. Please have your horse health declaration ready, as no numbers will be handed out without these being presented. These can be found on the SHCQ website. 8. The work areas on the Thursday are the fields on the northern end of the stables, the indoor will be available from the Friday (times to be confirmed). Anyone who attempts to use the indoor prior will be required to cover the hire costs. (Dressage arenas are not to be used at any time, the indoor warm up arena excluded) 9. When arriving, please confirm your camping bay and as space is limited, please keep area used to a minimum to be fair to fellow campers. 10. Dont forget to complete a change of rider form if necessary, and have your membership card ready. All riders must be current financial members of a SHCA affiliate and eligible to ride at SHCQ HOTY.
