Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for this beautiful day! Thank you for our friends and family who love and support us and particularly for those who take time to pray for us. Thank you for the Holy Spirit and the peace it provides particularly when things get difficult in our lives. There is so much uncertainty apart from you in this world today. Sometimes I feel so exposed to the elements...anger and animosity cut like razor blades as I try to walk the path you have set before me. I do get discouraged..I try very hard to not let my circumstances effect who I am and how I am, but sometimes I struggle to understand why I have to endure this to get to where I am going. Today I make that same conscious decision to not let the world get in the way of my walk. I get lonely..I am tremendously grateful for my children and for my close friends, but sometimes I miss having someone ..its been a really long time since I have had an actual partner in my life..and this road gets hard sometimes. I am thankful for facebook because it gives me so many wonderful resources to be immediately immersed in the encouragement of your word. I enjoy the horses and am blessed with a sense of humor that allows me to find joy almost everywhere..for this I am also grateful. Help me today to see YOU clearly in all that I do. Reveal your purpose to me as I walk through my day. Help me to see people through your eyes and to appreciate you in all of your creation. Help me to be truly the woman you created me to be. Today I will remember who I am and who created me. I love you Lord with all of my heart and I trust you beyond my worldly circumstance. In Jesus name I pray! Amen!!
