Dear IWUF Members, The IWUF Online registration system is now open for you to register your participants which will attend the IWUF Judges Course in Shanghai, which will take place from August 25th to 31st in Shanghai, China. The url for the online registration has been sent to all IWUF members. (Take note: This is the same url as used for the registration for the 5th World Junior Wushu Championships earlier this year, and the username and password that was used for your teams registration for that event is the same username and password that you will need to use for the registration for the judges course. Should you have problems logging in, please contact me) ALL participants MUST complete the online registration in order to be submitted into the course. This includes all those who have already registered via fax and/or email as well as new registrations. Should anyone not complete the online registration correctly in full, they will not be permitted to participate in the course next month. Furthermore, incomplete registrations will not be issued the IWUF Judges certification after passing the examination. Attached is a basic user guide, adding participants is the same process that was used for the 5th World Junior Wushu Championships registration, pay careful attention to upload a good quality ID photo as this will be used for your certificate itself, and all entries must upload a valid passport scan (requirements attached). To submit entries into the IWUF Judges Course in Shanghai simply click on the Judges Course Shanghai August 2014 tab on the left side AFTER you have added all the participants to the system. Then simply go through the various tabs of the Judges Course Shanghai August 2014, completing the relevant information. Please ensure you complete each tab, and then you must complete the Submit section and click on submit to finalize your entry. All federations must complete the online registration for the IWUF Judges Course - Shanghai, before 24:00 (Beijing Time) 20th of July 2014. No entries submitted after this date will be accepted.
