Dear International students I am an international graduated student in the department of Nursing, College of Medicine in National Cheng Kung University. I am conducting research which is to survey the Dietary Practices and to compare those in Taiwan and in native countries among international students The benefits of this study are that can provide the results to OIA office as a reference to design affordable programs to improve your dietary practices in health. We sincerely invite you to participate this survey. Because of your contributions let us help vulnerable individuals with similar dietary problems. This questionnaire will be taken about 10-15 minutes to complete. In terms of the time line of my research, I plan to collect data during this Spring 2014 semester, from March 4, 2014 to May 4, 2014 as we plan to analyze the data and finish research by the end of Spring 2014. There are 4 main domains of this questionnaire including demographics, health problems, meal frequency, reasons for skipping meals, and fruit/vegetables intake and high caloric food consumption. All questions are multiple choice responses. Please complete to answer all the questions before you submit it. All the responses will be kept confidential and will not be able to identify.
