Dear KNBK Members, I extend my congratulations on the completion of this years KNBK European Instructors Seminar and gasshuku. The training and effort put forth by all who attended represented the spirit and determination that has become a staple of our tradition. We were represented by our best instructor members from Belgium, UK, Holland, France, Spain, Gibraltar and the USA. Congratulations to all those instructors who graded during the training; especially to Jeffrey Bishop and Jason Hulott on their dan gradings. I wish to welcome Sensei Mikael Auger and his students as our newest kenkyukai in France. I look forward to seeing you all again in the near future. The efforts of Marc Mebis Sensei and his students always sets a standard of excellence for these events. My gratitude goes out to all of the people who made an extra effort to accommodate the needs of our members. A special mention must go to Kenneth Matthys for the use of his dojo at the Sporthal in Wetteren. Many thanks also for his coordination of meals and beverages for everyone each day. I also wish to thank Kako Lee Sensei for her assistance during the seminar instruction. I wish everyone a wonderful future and look forward to sharing the dojo floor again with each of you very soon.
