Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to take the time to update you on my progress of pursuing a stem cell program that may aid in the treatment of ALS. I am now enrolled in a Phase II Clinical Trial for Stem Cell Research in regards to my ALS condition. The Phase II Clinical Trial being conducted by a U.S. based company, Neuralstem, which is taking place at the University of Michigan. As of August 29th, I have involved in a thirty (30) day screening process after which I become eligible for the stem cell procedure offered by Neuralstem. The approximate time frame for the scheduled procedure is in late September. I will be returning to the University of Michigan on September 19th for follow up examination in preparation for the procedure. I am expecting to remain in Michigan for a minimum of thirty (30) up to sixty (60) days after undergoing the procedure for further evaluation.
