Dear Ladies, herewith we would like to cordially invite you to the II. International Conference, Women and Sustainable Hunting, to be held on September 25th to 28th, 2014 at the Chateau Bechyně, Czech Republic. The conference takes place under the kind patronage of the CIC - International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation. You are invited to join us on Thursday, September 25th at 18:00 pm for an informal Welcome Drink at the hotel and restaurant Panska (address: Namesti T.G. Masaryka 54, in Bechyne). If you are traveling from abroad, please take advantage of our direct shuttle bus, that will leave at 15:00 pm from the Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague to Bechyne. Please email us to reserve your seat on the bus. On Friday, September 26th all participants are kindly asked to register latest at 9:00 am at Chateau Bechyně. The official program of the conference will start at 9:15 pm. After numerous presentations, lunch and coffee breaks, we will end the day with a panel discussion, which should finish around 16:00 pm. At 19:00 pm we will be happy to welcome you back at the Chateau to take part at the gala dinner with a rich entertainment program. On Saturday, September 27th at 9:00 am we will jointly depart from Bechyne to visit the beautiful city of Hluboka nad Vltavou, where we invite you to tour the Hunting Chateau Ohrada, the pheasanerie Borek and the State owned fairytail-like Chateau Hluboka. During the day we will enjoy a delicious homemade lunch and dinner. We plan to return to Bechyně some time in the late evening. An alternative Saturday-program is provided for a very limited number of guests, who wish to hunt mouflon and fallow deer, in Chateau Bechynes own game park Oburka. Sunday September 28th at 10:00 am, we kindly invite you to participate at the St. Huberts Holy Mass in the Church of St. Matthew in Bechyne. At 12:00 noon, after the Mass, our direct shuttle bus will be leaving Bechyne towards the Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague.
