Dear Lady at Terry Naturally, Just because you have your own line of vitamins and supplements, you dont have the right to be downright rude to your customers. I have tried and tried to shop at your store and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME have been downright insulted by you. Its not just poor customer service, but actually insults that you give to your customers. The first time I shopped in your store, you couldnt believe I would actually have my baby in a hospital... I did actually go on to attempt a home birth ( not at all because of your insults) but ended up transferring to a hospital anyway. I had my second child in a wonderful intervention free hospital birth. On my next interaction with you, you criticized my choice to keep my sleeping newborn in his car seat carrier while quickly running into your store for one item. Yes, I am familiar with baby wearing, but when you have a child who is very difficult to get to sleep, you simply do not want to do anything at all to disturb them when they finally are sleeping. And today, after not shopping at your store for over two years, I thought I would give you another chance. Well, that was a mistake. I called to ask if you sold elderberries so I could make syrup. I can very easily order them from the Internet, but wanted to support a local business. When I called you literally LAUGHED at me and told me that maybe I could find them Im Washington State, but definitely not around here. Im sorry, last I checked there was a little thing called transportation that allows goods to be shipped from one state to another. My bad. I will NEVER give you my business again. There are plenty other health food stores in town, not to mention online, where I can get what I need. I hope that eventually your big head shrinks a little and you learn the meaning of customer service, something that the owner of a small business should have probably learned before opening their doors.
