Dear Life, It’s been a ride, I will admit. I can’t imagine we’re here to live mundanely without experience. So if I’m here for the experience, I say thank you with a heart filled with love & gratitude for all that my life has encompassed. I know that the highs, lows, challenges, deaths, hurt, pain, hope, smiles, tears, laughter, scares, deceit, wonder and joy have all been an opportunity to step up and show life what I’m made of. I will allow myself to embrace all emotions as a human does, but I will still face you daily, head on, more determined each time to break through perceived barriers in order to fly higher, to one day catch the wind that will take me home.
