Dear Lightworkers, I need your help, your prayers and your compassion. Please read and help in any way that you can. Eldon Taylor is 31 years old, and was a corporal, before it disbanded, in the Second Battalian, the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers since 2005, having served several times both in Iraq and Afghanistan. He comes from Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Eldon was the best man at my daughter’s wedding and although I barely know him personally I know his soul and that for me, is what is so important. Today I am reaching out to all of you and am going to share a little of what is happening to him right now. On 4th August 2014 Eldon was admitted to the ICU ward in the King Edward hospital Durban, South Africa fighting for his life, having been found unconscious by work colleagues with blood trickling from his nose and mouth. To this day it is not fully known what is causing his highly critical and unstable state. What is known is that he has double pneumonia, with blood and water in his lungs, caused by a secondary infection somewhere else in his body and this infection has caused septicaemia, which in turn lead to multiple organ failure. His heart was pumped full of adrenalin and he was tested for ebola and other African virus’ all negative, thankfully. Eldon was put on a ventilator and has had a tracheotomy performed, still in a spontaneous coma and kept in complete isolation. No visitors allowed and of course, unable to move. His family were told to come and we all know what that means, he was NOT expected to live through the night but miraculously he survived the night, his heart slowed down and his kidneys and liver started to recuperate and another miracle, he briefly opened his eyes and tried to breathe on his own. The isolation notice was removed and family turned up to visit him. Thankfully Eldon does not have a contagious disease but still a prognosis has not been given, and yet he has been cleared of Hepatitis and Dengue fever. It has been decided by the medical team that at some stage Eldon will need heart surgery but that is not a priority right now. The infection levels are not coming down and according to his medical team they should be with the type of anti-biotics that are being administered. My heart goes out to this soul, who regained consciousness, to find himself in isolation, tubes and monitors surrounding him, unable to speak and move and completely alone. My son-in-law, out at sea at the time of Eldon’s hospitalisation, went straight to Durban after his ship had docked and has this to say: ‘I was really shocked to see him! He is still in a VERY bad condition! He is fighting his heart out and is not able to speak due to a hole in his neck and a pipe helping him breathe and has no energy to move. Your support, visits, love and prayers are all he needs! Eldon is in a terrible place, very afraid and cried when he saw me. The conditions in the hospital are horrendous and my wife and I are trying to get him moved as soon as he is physically able.’ As if this were not enough the hospital refused to treat him, keeping him in a corridor at first, and all this because he has no medical aid, no money in other words. People rallied round and treatment began but we now know the conditions are horrendous. PLEASE HELP US TO HELP HIM. Our first priority is to get someone that he knows and who loves him to be with him on a daily basis. We have started a fund and his partner is on her way from Germany to be with him, she will arrive tonight (19th August) but so much is needed and it has come to light that his family and siblings are themselves struggling with day to day life financially. PLEASE PRAY FOR ELDON. Say his name out loud and visualise him walking and talking, all his major organs, heart, kidneys, lungs, liver, spleen working perfectly in harmony. Talk to his body and donate to the life saving fund if you can, please. He is a fighter, he has come so far and NEEDS OUR HELP, on our own we cannot get the finances that are sorely needed but together, in love and compassion we can create miracles for Eldon. Thank you so much, from my heart to yours.
