Dear Lois, Congratulations! Your quilt titled, HOME AT VALLEY FORGE 1777-1778 has been accepted for inclusion in ArtQuilt Elements 2014 exhibited at The Wayne Art Center. A total of 262 applications which included a total of 606 quilt images representing countries from around the world applied to Art Quilt Elements 2014. Forty-three quilts were selected and will be on display from March 21 through May 3, 2014 in the Davenport and Ethel Sargent Clark Smith Galleries. Our jurors Susie Brandt, Gerhardt Knodel and Jan Myers-Newbury were impressed by the aesthetic talent of the quilters, and found the jurying to be challenging. They chose a museum caliber collection that represents the professionalism, diversity and expertise evident in this medium. OH YES!!! lol!!! an International show!!! come see it in March thru May 2014! Actually, my quilt looks like the Valley Forge Painting shown above, from which I got my idea
