Dear Lord, We thank you for your love and compassion that sees past our weakness and our failures. Lord, we ask that you forgive us of our sins. Cleanse us this day, renew a right spirit within us. Help us to overcome the things that stumble us and keep us from being all that you want us to be. Lord, we ask for all who are feeling broken, that you would reach down and pick up the pieces of their shattered hearts. For those whose hearts are aching and in pain...for those who feel like its an effort to just get out of bed, we ask you to renew their strength... we ask for physical healing and for emotional healing. Lord, lift the dark veil of sadness and grief and let the light of your truth shine in the dark places...let your light shine on those places of darkness that they have been afraid to share with others...the dark places of shame and guilt...whether its caused by something theyve done, or something thats been done to them. Lord, we pray for everyone to find freedom...freedom to know, believe and accept that you died to set us free. The enemy longs to see us rendered useless and he will feed us lies and deceive us every chance he can...we ask for you to break every chain today...break the chains of thoughts that say they are not good enough... the lies that say they are not lovable...the lies that say they are too broken and damaged to find healing. Break the chains of addictions... and poverty... of anger... and of self-harm and self-loathing. Lord, we pray for freedom...for the freedom that is our entitlement as your children...not because of anything we have done, but because of the saving, freeing power that you bought for us when you died for us and rose again...Lord, we pray for miracles in this place and in every heart and life and we will give you all praise, glory and honor for those miracles, Lord. Lord, you want only the best for your children...you have so much that awaits each of us...help us in every area of our lives not to settle for anything less than your best...help us to rise up with your power within us. This is a new day...a new beginning...a day to put into action the changes that will lead to freedom, peace and joy. Let this be the day that leads to victory in our lives...you are raising your children up, Lord...you are strengthening us, and encouraging us to believe that there is healing in Christs name... there is peace and there is revival that is coming in our hearts and lives. Lord, we ask you to come and fill each of us now...meet our needs...we are ready to receive all that you have for us. We thank you and praise you in advance for all you will do.
