Dear Lord, bless the captain of My Mother & Brothers aircraft, his first officer and associates. Bless the flight attendants and all the passengers. Bring them safely to Atlanta. Bless the engines that they may work perfectly in every detail and produce maximum power. May they operate with full efficiency which their builders intended. Bless this plane in all it’s structural, operational, functional and electrical parts and connections. Give them a perfect and powerful take-off. Bring them into smooth air under blue skies and speed them swiftly and powerfully to ATL. Give them joy of flight and remind them always of the wonder of Your creation and the limitless space of the sky and the vast beauty of the earth. I place myself confidently in Your hands. I give You thanks for Your watchful care knowing that, even as You hold them in Your great hands on the ground, You also hold them there in the air. Thank You dear Lord for Your wonderful kindness and goodness. In Jesus name... Amen.
