Dear Lord, today, I thank you for the gift of health. Feel my heart, Lord. There can never be too shallow a reason for thanking you. Each time I put on my clothes, it feels like I dont own it anymore. Gone are the days when I cant walk without feeling tired because of my weight. Now I can do combined brisk walking and running 7 laps without feeling tired or last 4 hours working out with those bulky steel plates, sandbag weights, kettlebells and dumbbells and still feeling energetic. My worry about failing health has suddenly taken a 360 degree turn, a complete reversal. Whenever I see now my overly sized shirts and overly loose pants which used to be my normal size for an obese body, I just laugh with genuine gratitude in my heart. From now on, I will take care of my health. Thank you, Lord, in Jesus mighty name, AMEN.
