Dear MNsure. Ive been trying for over a month to complete an application on your website. I usually log in around 10:00pm on Monday evenings, when I assume that web-site traffic will be relatively light. For the fourth week in a row Ive been met with the message: The system is currently unavailable because we are performing maintenance. My most recent attempt was the most frustrating, because I was actually able to access my saved application, and I even made it to the Signature Page. So close! What happened when I clicked to submit? The system is currently unavailable because we are performing maintenance. Its now after midnight, Ive once again spent numerous hours trying to use your website. Im not even sure why Im writing this post because I know it wont help you improve your online service to Minnesotans. Im just really frustrated! I really hope that this isnt a taste of how our countrys new insurance system will operate. . . .
