Dear Matthew, I want to express our appreciation for the extraordinary service your company and employees provided to my wife and me this past week. On Tuesday late afternoon, we arrived home from a week’s vacation. Our master suite was hot and warm air was coming out the registers. The thermostat was set to 74 but the thermometer was reading 81 degrees. At 5 pm, not expecting to reach anyone, I called your office. Jason S took the call, made arrangements with your office and was at our house by 6:30 that evening. He climbed into the attic, checked out the outside compressor and in detail explained why we needed a complete new system. He offered reasonable choices and we felt we made an informed selection. When will we get it? The next morning before 9:30 am your crew arrived and spend most of the day installing the new equipment. They were careful to protect our property and worked professionally and cleanly. By 3:30 pm, cool air was coming into our bedroom. They explained the new equipment, gave us the appropriate paperwork and warranty, thoroughly cleaned up and were done. Within a half hour, your office called to make sure we were completely satisfied. Then Jason called and said he was coming by to check out the work, which he did that evening. He measured the room temperature, the supply air temperature and checked on all the workmanship. I am a recently retired custom home builder and have high expectations for contractor performance. In Florida, I am often disappointed. Your company did a perfect job. Communication, timing, performance and value – all exceptional. Of course we will have you maintain our equipment, will call on you when we will inevitably need additional services and will recommend you to our friends and neighbors. Thank you for a great job.
