Dear Members :) A lot has happened in March and there is still a long way to go! Firstly there has been a change in management, and on that note we offer a huge thank you to James and Lindy who built this wonderful gym. They transformed pretty drab offices into the unique facility we all now enjoy. Good luck for the future guys, and well never forget all your hard work. So, Hello to Fred our new manager. Hes a Pom, so dont mention cricket or any other sport. Hes been in the industry for a good few years and recently moved from Sydney to Mornington with his wife and young daughter. No doubt youll all be getting to know him over the next few weeks. New Stuff: Starting from Monday the 17th March well be running a series of FREE consultations to help our members achieve their goals. Our Personal Trainers and Nutrition Coach will be available to help you with anything you like. Its a FREE question, answer, and training session. Schedule: Monday 24th March - 4pm - 7pm with Anthony and James White. Tuesday 25th March - 8am - 11am with Ashlea and James West (Nutrition Coach). Thursday 27th March - 8am - 11am with Anthony and James White. The Cast: Anthony - personally lost 40kg and wants to share his new love of health and fitness. James Whitehead - built himself up from a skinny teenager to the physical magnificence he is today. Ashlea - new to Mornington Anytime and specialises in weight loss and body toning. James West - a fabulous Nutrition Coach who has helped over 80 Anytime members shed hundreds of kgs. During These Sessions You Can: 1. Book a FREE PT session to get your programme reviewed, or just enjoy an invigorating workout. 2. Ask a personal trainer any question you might have, get advice, gain knowledge. 3. Ask our resident Nutrition Coach James any food / nutrition questions you might have. Who Can Attend? All our members and any guests of members (2 max) so yes: bring a friend or two.
