Dear Members, United Cooperative Services invites you to attend an informative Energy Innovation Workshop from 6 pm-8 pm., May 20 or 22 at the cooperative’s Burleson office (May 20) or Stephenville office (May 22) to gain a better understanding of a variety of energy efficiency techniques and methodologies. The aim of the event will be to educate members about the many benefits derived from residential energy management, and to introduce vendors and resources widely available to members through United’s Co-op Connections Card and Energy Innovation programs. Topics presented at the meetings will include; air filters, thermostats, HVAC tune-ups, sealing ductwork and air supply vents, recommended sizing and placement of ductwork and ductwork insulation, as well as discussion relating to solar and wind distributed generation technologies.
