Dear Mike, my mom is a cancer survivor of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma - TopicsExpress

Dear Mike, my mom is a cancer survivor of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and has been in remission for nearly 14 years. My father, a disabled Vietnam veteran, recently passed away in Oct from a two year battle with squeamish cell carcinoma due to his extensive wounds from war. It is my opinion that the school needs to rewrite their school policy and update to the 21st century. Discriminating against hair color, tattoos, piercings, etc. is just as ignorant as discriminating against race, gender, religion and what not. Im so very proud of you and for the cause in which you are standing up for. Stay strong and stand tall. You are not alone! Friend of Sarah Barker.
