Dear Modi ji, Is there no place for minorities in this country. Declaring 25 December as Good Governance Day just to celebrate birthdays of BJP leaders to offset a National Holiday of Christmas is just a kick in the back for us. Now we dont have the right to celebrate our festival? All these years we had no problems with 25 December. I hve always been for national unity, but this is too much. Celebrate good governance. But why should it be specifically on Christmas. We can celebrate New Year as a Good Governance day. But such a move to destabilise the fabric of religious harmony is not something expected of a PM. At the start of your reign, you had specifically said that we will move forward with everyone together. Where is that unity now? How can we cooperate, when on our most important day in Christianity we are not allowed to celebrate and offer our prayers. I hope every religion is given their space in this beautiful country as ours. Lets not make it a point to completely shut out minorities like us and make it just a unilateral government for majorities. Still hoping for a single Acha Din where i can celebrate my festival in peace and harmony. Regards, (A concerned minority) pls pass on this msg to everyone! Let them know that BJP is dividing India rather than uniting it!
