Our record shows your arrival date on 14/10/2013 where as property irregularity report is dated 17/10/2013. As per our regulation any damage report should be made immediately after arrival. 2. As you have mentioned that you have already disposed the suitcase, we can not replace or compensate without the presence of old (damaged) suitcase. Please be informed accordingly.
